Clean and good location, good breakfast.

The hotel was good, good location and food of the restaurant.

Lack of lift, gave me a room in the 4th floor I stayed 4 days too tired to go up and down 4 floors everyday. The first night they did not clean the room until I called them after I got to the hotel, they said they dont have a key duplicate.

The staff was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The location is very central plent of bars, restaurants and tours to do.

Because it is central it is very noise. There wasn’t no internet in the room and not hot water. Water was in the corridor and you need to go out to take.

Good location if you want to stay in town

Very friendly staff, good location in town, near all shops/restaurants. I took two private tours with them which were excellent, they prepared for us very good seafood lunch! breakfast was good.

The staff are friendly and the bed is comfy

The air con is not working at night, no WiFi, the standard room is very small, bathroom needs to improve, water temp is not working.

A cheap option for a short stay. Wake up and go see everything El Nido has to offer!

Location is great, close to everything and lots to do near by.

Breakfast wasn't really fresh or varied to say the least but for the price paid it was expected. On my second day there at around 7:30 construction work started outside my door for a few hours of hammering, it was unbearable.

The location of hotel is excellent. I loved the island hopping tour package arranged by ipil hotel which was arranged only for hotel guest. Breakfast also good

Good place to stay but wifi is mot working

The hotek is in a good location and easy to go on tours and exploring el Nido. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The wifi didn’t work at all, it is connected but doesn’t work any time of the day. As tge doors on reception are open all the time, there were loads of mosquitos, I got so many bites even that I used relelent.

Very good location and breakfast in the restaurant, they gave us a packed breakfast the check out day

The wifi didn’t work at any time. They gave us very high prices for the tricicles, more than double that we should pay. The room floor wasn’t very clean on the check in day.

Looks a lot nicer o n the pictures

Only positive points worth mentioning are the location, the staff and the free breakfast

Bed sheets and towels dirty, air con leaking fluids, stains on the wall that look like mold, smelly rooms, bathroom amenities don’t look very sanitary as hair from previous guests could still be found inside the shower

Good value hotel shame about the room mistake .

Sfaff were very good good and great value for money hotel

They messed up our booking as we are two male freinds and wanted a Twin room not a double and the only twin available had no window balcony so not so great .
