Очень дружелюбный персонал!!! Помогли решить все проблемы. Отличное местоположение!! До моря 2 минуты хотьбы. В самом центре деревушки. Отличный завтрак!!

Не было интернета в номере. Только в лобби. Номер выходит на улицу. Плохая звукоэзоляция.

Понравился только завтрак. Он был хорош. Омлет, фрукты, шведский стол. Очень хорошо. Breakfast was very good. Eggs, fruits and many food (veg, meat, plants).

Мы жили на втором этаже в номере 203. Когда я зашла вьномер, вышла на балкон, я встретила там мужчину. Он занимался стройкой. В 50 см от моего балкона. И это продоожалось до тех пор, пока я не уговорила администратора нас переселить в соседний номер. В ванной на потолке плесень.

Хороший по меркам Эль-Нидо отель в самом центре. Уборка каждый день. Неплохой завтрак (шведский стол). Можно сдать вещи в стирку. Сотрудники отеля организовали нам трансфер в аэропорт Эль-Нидо на комфортном минивэне.

Номер очень маленький, было несколько тесновато. У нас был первый этаж, окна на дорогу. Окна закрыты, но было очень шумно, постоянно ездят трициклы.

Неплохой завтрак, вкусные пирожные( за отдельную плату), удачное местоположение: в двух шагах от пляжа, где начинаются туры. Прямо за отелем улочка с сувенирами и ресторанчиками

Забронировали стандартный двухместный номер с двумя кроватями. В описании был сейф. На фотографии симпатичный номер с окном. Фактически ни окна, ни сейфа не оказалось, wi fi тоже не работал. Номер граничил с подсобным помещением, причём не глухой стеной, а окном. Т. е. окно в номере выходило в подсобку. В подсобке по ночам постоянно шумели и включали свет. Свет проникал сквозь неплотную штору в комнату и мешал спать, не говоря о шуме... Номер поменяли только после скандала через 2 дня после заселения. Менеджер сказал, что стандартные номера все такие - все на первом этаже без окон. Сейф обещали принести. Не принесли. Словом, выходит, в описании номера неверная информация. Ни сейфа, ни wi fi, умалчивают об отсутствии окна и шумном соседстве с подсобкой... В улучшенном номере на третьем этаже, куда нас переселили, была плохая подача воды. Нигде в номерах(кроме семейного номера на 4м этаже) нет набора для приготовления чая. Нет подходящей пищи на завтрак для маленького ребёнка.

Бронировали самый простой номер, который хоть и был небольшим, но был чистым и достаточно удобным. Есть все необходимое, в том числе и Wi-fi (он тут, конечно, ужасный, но лучшее, что есть в Эль Нидо). Утром завтраки со шведским столом, который были не особо вкусными, но съедобными. Отель находится в центре города и можно добраться до любого места за считанные минуты.

Нету сейфа.

Clean and good location, good breakfast.

The hotel was good, good location and food of the restaurant.

Lack of lift, gave me a room in the 4th floor I stayed 4 days too tired to go up and down 4 floors everyday. The first night they did not clean the room until I called them after I got to the hotel, they said they dont have a key duplicate.

The staff was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The location is very central plent of bars, restaurants and tours to do.

Because it is central it is very noise. There wasn’t no internet in the room and not hot water. Water was in the corridor and you need to go out to take.

Very friendly staff, good location in town, near all shops/restaurants. I took two private tours with them which were excellent, they prepared for us very good seafood lunch! breakfast was good.

A cheap option for a short stay. Wake up and go see everything El Nido has to offer!

Location is great, close to everything and lots to do near by.

Breakfast wasn't really fresh or varied to say the least but for the price paid it was expected. On my second day there at around 7:30 construction work started outside my door for a few hours of hammering, it was unbearable.

Good place to stay but wifi is mot working

The hotek is in a good location and easy to go on tours and exploring el Nido. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The wifi didn’t work at all, it is connected but doesn’t work any time of the day. As tge doors on reception are open all the time, there were loads of mosquitos, I got so many bites even that I used relelent.

The wifi didn’t work at any time. They gave us very high prices for the tricicles, more than double that we should pay. The room floor wasn’t very clean on the check in day.

Looks a lot nicer o n the pictures

Only positive points worth mentioning are the location, the staff and the free breakfast

Bed sheets and towels dirty, air con leaking fluids, stains on the wall that look like mold, smelly rooms, bathroom amenities don’t look very sanitary as hair from previous guests could still be found inside the shower

Sfaff were very good good and great value for money hotel

They messed up our booking as we are two male freinds and wanted a Twin room not a double and the only twin available had no window balcony so not so great .

alles. es war schmutzig! wir hatten ursprünglich das Delux Zimmer gebucht. zuerst wollte das Personal uns das Standard Zimmer zum Preis vom delux verkaufen und dann noch dazu unfreundlich! das delux war genau wie das Standard sehr schmutzig und heruntergekommenen! unsere Reklamation hat niemanden interessiert, obwohl wir umgerechnet 70,-€ pro Nacht bezahlt haben. ursprünglich hatten wir für 4 Nächte gebucht, aber wir haben dann am nächsten Tag ausgecheckt, das war für uns die einzige Möglichkeit der Reklamation! definitiv Nein

Muy bueno relación calidad precio, repetiría seguro!

Ubicación muy buena, en el centro de el Nido town, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. También está muy cerca de la playa desde donde salen todos los tours. Habitaciones confortables y limpias con aire acondicionado, te cambiaban las sabanas todos los días. Había agua caliente, cosa que en El Nido no es habitual. Por lo general nos gustó mucho y volveríamos a repetir sin duda

La señal de wifi no era muy buena y no llegaba apenas y el desayuno era bastante escaso
